Tiger Surgical Disposable Private Limited is located over at Plot No. 80/4 in Phase-1 of the G.I.D.C. in Vatva. If you know the Vatva area, you know it’s a massive place for industry. We spend our time here making all sorts of surgical disposables. There are stacks of boxes and rolls of materials everywhere you look. The machines run pretty much constantly to keep up with what people need. It’s a very practical environment, nothing fancy to see. We just wear our work clothes and keep the production line moving. The air in Vatva usually smells like industry, and our plot is right in the middle of all that action. It gets a bit repetitive sometimes, packing things and checking seals, but that is the nature of the business. We focus on the task at hand without a lot of talking. We have our regular suppliers who drop off raw materials at the gate and then we process everything. The morning shift starts early when the air is still a bit cool. By mid-day, the whole of Phase-1 is humming with noise from all the different factories. We just keep to our corner and make sure the disposables are made right. It’s a straightforward operation here. No big corporate speeches, just a bunch of people working with machines and making sure the counts are correct before things are loaded onto the trucks. It is just how things go for us every week.
