Thinkroot Infotech Llp is over at A/502 in Sahjanand Residency. We are located near Saurabh Society and the Manav Mandir Char Rasta in Memnagar. It’s more of a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a glass tower. We are on the fifth floor. It’s a fairly quiet spot, though you can hear the city noise in the background. Our team is small and we’ve been working together for a long time. There is no formality here. We just come in, get our coffee, and start working on whatever is on the list for the day. The space is simple. We have our workstations set up in the main room. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to open the door. It’s a very direct way of doing things. We like being in Memnagar because it’s a nice area with plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or corporate strategy. We just focus on the tasks we have. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in a growing city. It’s a honest place to work. No one wears a suit here. We just sit at our computers and try to solve the problems that come our way. That's really all there is to it.
