Nilsnvils Pvt. Ltd. is up on the ninth floor, specifically 904, in Sarveshwar Tower. We are tucked right behind Udgam School, so during the morning and afternoon, you can hear the school bells and the sounds of kids in the playground. Being at Thaltej Cross Road means we are in a very busy part of the city. The view from the ninth floor is actually quite good, you can see a lot of the skyline and the traffic crawling along the road below. It is a bit more of an office environment than a workshop, but it still feels like a local operation. We have our desks set up and some computers, and there is usually a stack of files that needs attending to. The elevator ride up gives us a minute to think before the day starts. Thaltej is a fast-growing area, and things have changed a lot since we first moved into Sarveshwar Tower. We have our daily routine of checking emails, making calls, and trying to keep the projects on track. It is a bit more quiet up here than it is on the street, which helps when we need to focus on some hard thinking. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small pantry area. It is a straightforward way to run a business, just doing what needs to be done from our little corner of the ninth floor.
