We are located on the fourth floor of Titanium Square, in office B-403. Thaltej is a pretty modern part of the city, so the building is nice and has a lot of other businesses in it. We do a lot of tech support and IT stuff for our customers. It is basically us fixing things that break or setting up new systems for other local companies. The office is usually full of cables, spare computer parts, and various machines that are being worked on. It is not the neatest place you have ever seen, but we know where everything is kept. We spend most of our time troubleshooting problems. Sometimes it is a quick fix that takes five minutes, and other times we are scratching our heads for hours trying to find a solution. We do not really use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just want to make sure the servers stay up and the emails are working like they should. Titanium Square can get very busy, especially around lunchtime when everyone heads out to the nearby cafes. We have been here for a while and have a regular set of clients who just call our personal phones when something goes wrong. It is a straightforward way to make a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to do a solid job for people.
