Thakur International

We’ve been at Anurag Bungalows in Bopal for a good while now. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when we’re trying to get things organized. People often ask what Thakur International does, and it’s mostly just making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. It started small, just a couple of us in a room, and it hasn't changed all that much really. We show up every morning, check the emails, and see what needs doing. Bopal has grown a lot since we moved in here. There’s more traffic now, but our office at No. 25 is still easy enough to find. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren’t interested in those big corporate meetings that go on for hours. We just want to do the work and go home. If you drop by, you’ll probably see a few files piled up or someone on the phone trying to fix a delivery issue. It’s not always perfectly quiet, but we like the energy of it. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or making sure the paperwork is right. We make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them. It’s just how things go when you’re running a business in a neighborhood like this. We're just regular people trying to keep things moving for our clients and ourselves.
