Our workspace is flat 304 in the Mili Flats building, which is right near the Judges Bungalow in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. Because it is a flat, it does not feel like a typical office at all. We have turned the rooms into our working areas. We do IT solutions, which mostly means we help other businesses with their technology and systems. We like the Bodakdev area because it is a bit more residential and quiet compared to the main commercial roads. It is just a few of us here. We do not have any formal meetings or a strict hierarchy. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it over a cup of tea in the kitchen. We do not use fancy marketing words or try to look bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our best. Sometimes the neighbors are moving around upstairs or the delivery people get a bit lost finding the flat, but it is all part of the charm. We have been working together for a long time, so we are more like a family than anything else. We do not have any big goals other than to keep doing our work well. It is a very low-key environment. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and head home. It is a practical way to run things.
