Our place is over at Devraj Industrial Park on Piplaj Road, which is a busy spot during the morning rush. At Ayma Creations Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days surrounded by rolls of material and the constant hum of the work floor. It's not a quiet office by any means. There’s always someone moving boxes or checking on the latest batch of work. We’ve set up shop in unit 105, and it’s a decent space, though it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the mid-afternoon heat, so we open up the back doors to get a bit of a breeze going. Lunch usually involves everyone sitting around the small table in the corner, sharing whatever they brought from home. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We focus on the tasks right in front of us and try to make sure we don’t fall behind on the schedule. It's a lot of manual work, checking stitches or looking over designs, and by the time five o'clock rolls around, everyone is ready to head back out onto Piplaj Road for the trip home.
