Technocrat Info System is tucked away in F-6 Sarthi Avenue. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Revti Tower and just behind the Satellite Police Station. Being so close to the station makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. We are situated on Satellite Road, which is always buzzing with activity and traffic throughout the day. Our office isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside to get the job done. We spend most of our time dealing with computer systems and networking stuff for local businesses and residents who run into trouble. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why things aren't connecting like they should. We don't have a polished corporate image; our desks are usually covered in spare parts and old hard drives that we might need later. It is a bit of a lived-in space, and we like it that way. We’ve been in the Satellite area for a long time and have seen it grow into a major hub for the city. We like being part of this neighborhood. Sometimes we get distracted chatting with the people from the other offices in Sarthi Avenue when we are out for a break. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers because we know it can be confusing. We just try to explain what is wrong and how we can fix it.
