We've been working out of Nandanvan Society in Ambawadi for a while now. It’s a busy spot right opposite Nehrunagar on S.M. Road. Teamlease Services is basically just us trying to help people get work and companies find folks who actually want to show up. Ahmedabad is where we live and breathe, so being here in the 380015 area makes sense for the daily commute. Some days it's loud with the traffic outside, but we get things done. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People drop by the office sometimes just to ask about jobs. It isn’t some fancy high-rise glass building; it’s more of a regular place where we sit and sort through resumes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep a pot of tea going most mornings. There are plenty of files everywhere, and we try our best to keep them organized, though it's a constant battle. Most of us have been here a long time. It’s just how we do things at the office. We don't really have a big speech about what we do, we just show up and start the day. If you know the area near the Nehrunagar crossroads, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much about it. We’re just part of the local scene here in Gujarat, making sure things keep moving along every day for now.
