Team Leader

Our office is based in the Sunbreeze Tower, which is right opposite the A One School on Gurukul Road. If you know the Memnagar area in Ahmedabad, you know it gets pretty crowded around school drop-off and pick-up times. We’ve been working out of B/12 for a while now. The name on the door says Team Leader, and that’s pretty much what we do—leading teams and managing various business tasks. It’s a typical office setup with desks, chairs, and probably too many cables under the floor. We aren't a huge corporation; we are more of a small group of people trying to get work done every day. Some of us have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the tower change over the years. The tea man comes by twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon for most of us. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, handle the projects we have, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have a lot of deadlines, but we usually figure it out as a group. Being in Memnagar is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just regular business support and coordination. It is steady work and we like the people we work with every day. The building is okay, though the elevator can be a bit slow on Monday mornings.
