Tata Teleservices Ltd.

We work out of F/9 at Kamla Apartments, which is right near the Sheyas Crossing in the Ambavadi area of Ahmedabad. This is the local office for Tata Teleservices Ltd. Most people in the neighborhood know the apartments well. It's a busy corner of town, especially with the crossing being so close. We handle a lot of the telecommunications stuff that keeps the area connected. It's a lot of technical work and dealing with customer queries that come in. Our team is usually busy making sure the systems are running right and checking on reports. We don't have a big glass building; we just have our space in the apartment block. It feels more like a part of the community that way. Ahmedabad is a city that is always moving, and being in Ambavadi puts us right in the middle of it. We see a lot of people coming and going every day. The work can be a bit dry sometimes, looking at data and wires, but it’s important for keeping things running. We try to be helpful when people have issues with their service. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it has become a familiar spot for the staff who work here every day. We just keep things simple and try to do our jobs without making a big scene about it. It’s just how we operate in this part of the city.
