Tarun Bhatt

Tarun Bhatt is the name, and we run Design Solutions out of 511, Anand Mangal-3. This is in the Ambawadi area of Ahmedabad, specifically over in Ellisbridge. It’s a pretty decent spot to work from most of the time. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees or anything. It’s just us here in the office, working on whatever comes our way during the week. The space is filled with computers and sketches, and usually a lot of empty coffee cups by the end of the day. Ahmedabad-6 is a good area to be in, and we've gotten used to the noise and the energy of the city. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting room with old magazines. If you come to see us, you’re basically walking right into the workspace where everything happens. It can get a bit loud when we are all talking at once, but that’s just how we work together. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just take the projects, look at what needs to happen, and then we do it. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix things or rethink a plan that didn't go right, but that's just part of the job. It's not always pretty, but it’s honest work. We’ve been at this address for a while now and it suits us fine.
