Taral Softtech Private Limited

We’ve been at Rishit Residency for a while now. It’s right near Swastik City by the Narol-Aslali highway. Being here in Narol means we deal with a lot of noise from the road, but we like the spot. Our team at Taral Softtech is small. We spend most of our mornings just getting through emails and then diving into whatever software work is on the plate that day. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything. We just have our desks set up in E-302 and we get to work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s just how it is. We didn't start this to be some huge corporation. We just wanted a place where we could do some coding and help people out with their technical problems. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We usually grab lunch from the local spots around the highway. It gets dusty outside sometimes because of all the trucks passing by, but inside we keep things organized. We have a couple of whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk across the desks when something comes up. It’s a pretty simple way to run things, but it works for us. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the projects we started last week.
