Systronics

Our workshop is at 179 Suminpark, which is on the G. D. Highschool Road in the Saijpur Bogha area of Ahmedabad. It is a very busy street, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We have a modest space here with a metal shutter that we roll up every morning around nine. Inside, it smells a bit like solder and old paper. We have workbenches lined up against the walls and plenty of tools hanging on hooks. It isn't a place for meetings or presentations. It’s a place for getting your hands dirty with electronics and systems. The Gujarat heat is no joke, so we have a pretty loud desert cooler that runs constantly during the summer months. It makes it hard to hear the phone sometimes, but it keeps us from melting. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a person to answer the door in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just looks up and says hello. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while now. We know the guy who sells snacks at the corner and the people at the hardware shop down the street. We just do our work, fix what is broken, and try to be fair with everyone. It is a simple operation and that is exactly how we like to keep it. We just handle the systems and go about our day.
