You can find us at B 43, on the 4th floor of the Satellite Apartment in Vastrapur. We are right near Kameshwar School, so we hear the bells and the kids playing outside sometimes. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while, but the view of the neighborhood is alright from up here. At Sukrut Softwares & Systems, we mostly focus on the technical side of things. It’s a lot of coding and checking systems for errors. The office is pretty lived-in. We have posters on the walls and maybe too many power strips on the floor. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a fancy magazine, but it works for us. We’ve been in Vastrapur long enough to see new buildings go up all around the school. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless it's raining hard. We stay busy with various projects. Some are small tasks, some take many months to finish. We don't talk in jargon much because we prefer just explaining things plainly to people. If a system is down, we fix it. If someone needs a new setup, we build it. It’s practical work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, ordering food and just sitting around the desks. It feels like a small family here. We just do our thing and try to do it right.
