Sterling Hoffman Software Company (P) Ltd

We’re located at Akshardham Tower, right near the Shahibaug Underbridge. If you’ve ever been through Ahmedabad, you know that area can get pretty packed with traffic, especially near the bridge. We’re up on the tenth floor, in B-1001. Being a software company, you might expect a lot of flashy gadgets, but it’s actually a pretty normal office. Sterling Hoffman has been around for a while now. We spend most of our time staring at screens, writing code, and trying to fix bugs that pop up out of nowhere. It’s a lot of focus and a lot of coffee. The view from the tower is alright, you can see quite a bit of the city from up here. We have a mix of younger developers and some people who have been in the industry since before it was popular. It’s a good balance. We don’t really do the whole "corporate culture" thing. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The office can get a bit messy with cables and notes everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been in Gujarat a long time and we like being part of the local tech scene here in Shahibaug. We just keep our heads down and try to write decent software that actually does what it's supposed to do for the end user.
