Most people know the Gujarat College Road area in Ellisbridge. It’s a busy part of town. Our office is where we manage all the tea processing stuff. We spend a lot of time tasting different batches and making sure the blends are right. There’s always a kettle on here. The smell of tea leaves is pretty much stuck in the walls by now. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a traditional setup. We have desks piled with papers and samples everywhere. It can get a bit chaotic when we’re trying to sort out shipping schedules. Ellisbridge is a good location, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the neighbors. We don't do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for a long time. We just try to keep the quality steady. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to suppliers. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to be cleared. It’s just a regular office life, centered around tea. Nothing too complicated, just the way we like to run things day in and day out.
