Our office is up in A-704 and 705 of the Shapath building. It’s right across from the Karnavati Club on S. G. Highway. It’s a pretty busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is leaving work. Solusoft Technologies is basically a bunch of us working on software and tech stuff. The office is fairly large, but it still feels a bit crowded because of all the monitors and servers we have running. You can hear the fans whirring all day long. We spend a lot of time in front of our computers, and sometimes we don't even notice the sun going down over the highway. We’ve got a decent view of the traffic from the seventh floor, which is a good distraction when you’re stuck on a difficult bit of code. It’s not a very formal place. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts and get on with our tasks. We have a lot of discussions about how to fix things, and sometimes those get a bit loud, but it’s all part of the job. There’s always someone in the break room making tea or looking for snacks. We aren't doing anything fancy for show; we just work hard and try to make sure the software we build actually works the way it’s supposed to. It’s just a normal tech office where we try to stay on top of things.
