You can find Nextech Infoway Pvt. Ltd. up on the third floor of the Ganesh Meredian building, specifically at C/304. We are right by the Kargil Cross Road on the S.G Highway, so it’s a pretty lively spot with all the traffic passing by. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting at our computers, typing away and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't doing what it’s supposed to do. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all debating the best way to fix a bug or when the coffee machine finally breaks down again. We started this because we liked tech and wanted to build things that people could actually use without getting frustrated. It’s not always smooth sailing; some days the internet goes slow or we have to redo a project from scratch because the requirements changed at the last minute. We don't have a dress code, so you'll see a lot of t-shirts and jeans around the desks. It feels like a normal workplace where everyone just wants to do a decent job and then go grab some food downstairs. Being near the highway makes it easy for the staff to commute, though the parking is always a headache in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work on our code. It’s what we know how to do best, and we’ve been doing it here for quite some time now. No flashy stuff here.
