Our office is up on the 4th floor of the Diamond World building. If you know the Varachha Road area, you probably know how busy it gets around Mangadh Chowk. We are in office B-403. It's a pretty big building and the parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but once you get upstairs, it’s alright. We do IT work here. The space is mostly filled with screens and some half-empty coffee mugs. It’s not the most organized place in the world but we know where everything is. The view from the window is mostly just more buildings and the traffic moving slowly down below. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a small corner for taking breaks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once or when there is construction going on nearby. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come. It is a typical Surat workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. It’s just where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. Some of us have been here since the start and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work and the food stalls downstairs are pretty good for lunch. You can hear the horns honking all day long. It's just part of being in this area.
