We are based in Shilp Aaron, right on Sindhu Bhavan Road. It’s a pretty popular area in Ahmedabad these days. Our office is number 401. Skillflex Solutions is basically just us working on various business services. It’s a modern building, but inside our office, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any of those fancy bean bags or ping pong tables you see in movies. We just have desks and people working hard. Sindhu Bhavan Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of energy around. We like being in the middle of it all. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on whatever tasks are on the schedule for the day. We are a small group, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. It’s a very informal environment. We talk a lot while we work, mostly about the projects but also just about life. We don't really have a strict corporate hierarchy. Whoever knows how to fix a problem just fixes it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload. It works for us. There’s always someone running late or someone bringing in snacks. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is.
