Sigma Services

Sigma Services is run out of 35 Sunset Row House, which is right opposite the Gurukul in Memnagar. It’s a nice enough area, though it can get pretty crowded when the school lets out or during festival times. We aren't in a big industrial building or a high-rise office. Working out of a row house gives the place a different feel, more like a home than a cold business. We handle a lot of different service requests, mostly things that need fixing or regular maintenance. Our front room is where the desks are, and the back is mostly for storage and parts. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello, which happens when you stay in one spot for years. We do a lot of our work over the phone or by sending someone out to a client’s location. The paperwork tends to pile up on the corner desk because we’d rather be out doing the actual work than filing things away. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the accounts. We don't have any big slogans or fancy signs. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and try to get through the list before it’s time to head home. It is a regular life and a regular business, and we are quite content with that.
