We’re over at Siddharth Infotech, located on the first floor of Dhanlaxmi Complex. It’s unit number 5. We are right near the Jivrajprak Cross Road on the 132 Ft Ring Road in Jivraj Park. Being on the Ring Road means it’s always busy outside, but it makes it easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We’ve been in this complex for a good while. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with computers we are fixing and parts we’ve ordered for customers. We do a lot of hardware work—fixing screens, upgrading RAM, and sorting out power issues. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist and free coffee. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the workbench. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what isn't worth the money. Sometimes we’re backed up with work, and the place looks a bit chaotic with boxes everywhere, but we always catch up. Most of our business comes from word of mouth in the Jivraj Park area. We don't bother with fancy websites or big banners. We just focus on getting the repairs done right so people come back next time they have a problem. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us so far. We’re just regular people doing a technical job in a busy part of Ahmedabad.
