Shri Sai Dry Fruits

At Shri Sai Dry Fruits, we’ve been at this spot in Motipole, Dariapur for years. Our shop is number 2287, right across from the Jain Temple. If you know the area, you know how narrow these lanes are. It’s always crowded with people going to the temple or just passing through. We’re a small place, mostly filled with sacks and containers of different nuts and fruits. It smells like raisins and almonds in here all day. It’s not a fancy supermarket style shop. We have wooden counters and old scales. We don't really have a lot of room for people to lounge around. Most of the time, we are busy weighing things out and packing them up. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floor is worn down. But that’s just how it is in an old part of the city. We open early in the morning when the temple starts getting busy. Sometimes it gets so packed outside that we can barely see the street. We don’t do much advertising or anything. People just know where we are. We've known some of our neighbors for decades. It's a loud, busy, and sometimes dusty place, but it's where we work. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the bags are filled correctly. There’s no big corporate office behind this, just us behind the counter every day.
