We are out here in Vadal, right next to Kenny Food. If you know the Vishvgram Vidhyalay school, we’re just a stone's throw away from there. It’s a busy spot most days. People around here know us for the cashew work we do. My uncle started this place years ago and now we just keep the machines running. It gets pretty loud in the shed when we're processing a big batch. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, but that’s just how it is with nuts. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just the main processing area and a small desk where we keep the records. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck on the narrow road near the school, which is a pain for everyone. We try to get things sorted by the evening so we can head home before it gets dark. It's not a glamorous job, cracking shells and sorting through piles of kaju, but it keeps us busy. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all walk or bike in. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. If the power goes out, we usually just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It's a simple setup we've got going here. There are a few stray cats that hang around the gate, and we sometimes give them scraps. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of the town. Nothing fancy, just cashews.
