We operate out of D-1, Vanraj Flat in Chandlodia. It is right near Sakti School, just opposite the Chandlodiya overbridge. Being Shree Sai Caterers And Decoretors means we handle two sides of the event. One side is the food, and the other is making the place look right with tents and lights. It is a lot to manage sometimes. Usually, we are moving chairs or setting up tables while the cooks are busy with the big pots in the back. We have been in this area for a while, and most of our work comes from families nearby who need help with a function. It is not just about the big weddings; we help out with smaller stuff too. Sometimes a client wants a specific flower arrangement or a certain type of fabric for the backdrop, and we do our best to find it. The kitchen side of things is always noisy and smells like cumin and coriander. We hire local staff who live around here to help with the heavy lifting and serving. It is a bit of a scramble when the overbridge gets backed up with traffic and we are trying to move equipment, but we manage. We are not a big corporation with fancy brochures. We just talk to people, figure out what they need for their guest list, and get to work. It is honest work and keeps our hands busy all year round.
