We are over here at G-41 and 42 in Vijay Plaza. It is right across from the Abad Dairy in the Kankaria area. It's a decent spot, and most people know where the dairy is, so finding us isn't too hard. We have been doing this for a while now. Some days are really busy with people bringing in things that stopped working, and other days we just sit and sort through parts. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We just have our desks, our tools, and a lot of wires everywhere. Most of the time, someone is here working on a screen or trying to figure out why a machine won't turn on. The plaza gets a bit crowded in the afternoons, but that is just how it is around here. You might have to dodge a few scooters to get into the plaza entrance, but that's just part of the local experience. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing the work. If you walk in, you'll see we keep things pretty simple. There is no big reception desk. You just come in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. It's a small place but it works for what we do. Kankaria is a nice part of town to be in, even with the traffic. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s familiar to everyone now.
