You can find us at 235 Saman, right on the Kameshwar School Road. It is very close to Jodhpur Char Rasta in the Satellite area. This part of the city is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We do catering services for all kinds of local events. The school road gets really crowded in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our deliveries out before that happens. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We don't go for big corporate styles or polished presentations. We just focus on the cooking. In the morning, the kitchen starts early with the prep work. We chop everything by hand and make sure the spices are ready. Being near Jodhpur Char Rasta means we are easy to find, but parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We use the space at Saman to manage all the bookings and the equipment. It is not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. We do a lot of small family dinners and some larger ones too. We don't spend money on fancy flyers. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for a while. People know the name and they know where to find us if they need a meal for fifty or a hundred people. It is a practical life, working with food and making sure everything gets to the venue on time for the guests.
