Shree Chamunda Jewellers

We have been here at Pariseema Annexe for a long time now. Most people know us on C.G. Road. It's a busy spot but we like it. Shree Chamunda Jewellers is where we spend most of our days, dealing with gold and silver items. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. We open the shutters every morning and wait for the regulars. Some days it’s quiet, and we just clean the glass cases or organize the stock. Other days, like during wedding season, it gets really crowded in here. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with jewelry means you see a lot of people coming in for big life events. We just show them what we have on the shelves. There’s no fancy talk here. If you need something repaired or you're looking for a small gift, we’re around. The shop isn't massive, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but that’s just how C.G. Road is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot over the years. New buildings go up, old ones get renovated. We just stay here doing our work. It’s a job like any other, really. We keep the books, talk to the suppliers, and make sure the place stays clean. It’s not about being the biggest shop, it’s just about being here day after day. People stop by even just to say hello sometimes. That’s how it goes.
