Shiv Catering Solutions

We work out of A/2 Trishala 3, which is right beside Shiv Bunglows and behind Sayona City in Chandlodia. It’s a nice enough area that’s grown a lot lately. Our space is more of a functional hub for the catering side of things. We have a lot of stainless steel tables and big sinks for all the prep work. Chandlodia is a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s where we’ve set up our base. We spend hours peeling, cutting, and stirring every day. The noise of the knives on the boards is the soundtrack to our mornings. We don't have a fancy reception area because we're usually too busy in the back. Sometimes the supply of fresh vegetables is late, and we have to adjust our plans on the fly. It's not a perfect system, but we make it work with the people we have. The floors are tiled and get a bit slippery, so we have to be careful. We handle all sorts of catering jobs, from small family gatherings to bigger events nearby. Most of the time, we are just focused on making sure the salt is right and the containers are packed securely for transport. It’s a practical business, and we just try to keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing for our customers. We don't mind the long hours as long as the kitchen stays organized and the food stays hot.
