We are located at Plot No.3/9 in the Gujarat Housing Colony, right near the Raipur Mill Char Rasta in Saraspur. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through the intersection. We’ve been focusing on pneumatic sales and service for a long time now. People bring in all kinds of equipment that isn't working right, and we take a look to see if it can be salvaged. Sometimes it’s just a simple seal, other times it’s more complicated. We sell parts too, so we have shelves full of boxes that we try to keep in some kind of order, though it doesn't always stay that way. Saraspur is an old part of the city, and it has its own rhythm. We get a lot of workers from the nearby mills and workshops coming in for bits and pieces. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a fan going while we work. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a practical place for people who need their tools to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory. If someone needs help, we just do what we can. It’s a straightforward life, and we like being part of the local community here. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the traffic finally starts to thin out.
