Leistertech

Our office, Leistertech, is at J204 in the Akshardham Residency. We are located near the D Mart Mall and right opposite the Madhuvan Party Plot on Nikol-Naroda Road in Ahmedabad. It’s a residential complex, so our workspace has a very domestic feel to it. We’ve set up our desks in one of the larger rooms. It’s quiet here, which helps us focus on our engineering and design work. Nikol-Naroda Road is a growing area, so we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up since we started. Being near the mall is convenient for grabbing a quick snack or running errands after work. We don’t have a big corporate sign outside. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time. Our setup is pretty simple—computers, some printers, and a lot of technical drawings spread out on the tables. We don’t have a formal dress code or set meeting times. We just talk about the projects as they come up. Sometimes the residency gets a bit noisy with kids playing outside, but we don’t mind. It makes the place feel more alive. We’ve chosen to stay in this location because it’s easy for our staff to get to. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want a comfortable place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. It’s an honest, small-scale operation, and that’s exactly how we like it.
