Shashwat Eye Hospital

We are located over at Newyork Arcade, specifically in units 413 and 414. If you know the area, it's a pretty busy spot, so sometimes the parking downstairs can be a bit of a puzzle, but once you get up here, it’s a lot quieter. We’ve been running Shashwat Eye Hospital from this space for a while now. Most days just involve us getting in early, checking the schedules, and making sure the equipment is wiped down and ready for the first person who walks through the door. It isn't a fancy corporate office or anything like that. We just have some chairs for people to wait in and a few rooms where we look at eyes. Some people come in because they can't see the fine print on their phones anymore, and others have been seeing us for years for more serious things. We don't really do big advertisements. Most folks find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them where we were. The Newyork Arcade building has its quirks, like the elevator being slow sometimes, but we like it here. It feels like part of the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple. There’s no big receptionist team or complicated check-in process. You just walk in, say hello, and we get to work helping you see a bit better. It's just a regular local clinic where we do our best to stay organized and help out anyone who comes up to the fourth floor.
