Out in Gandhinagar, things move a little slower than in the big cities. We’re tucked away in Shivshakti Society, specifically at number 919 in Sector 27. Shaper Systems Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us who enjoy tinkering with systems and seeing how things work. The office is in a residential-feeling area, so it’s mostly quiet except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We have a bunch of old computers in the back that we probably should have thrown away years ago, but we keep them for parts. The lighting inside isn't the best, but it works for staring at screens all day. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. Most days you’ll find us in old t-shirts and jeans. Sector 27 is a nice spot because there’s a bit of greenery around. We usually go for a walk in the evenings just to stretch our legs. Sometimes customers get a bit lost finding the society, so we end up standing out on the corner to wave them in. It’s not a high-pressure environment, which is how we like it. We focus on getting the systems right without all the corporate talk and meetings that don't go anywhere. It’s just a practical place for people who like technology and want to get their work done in peace.
