Our office is located on the 9th floor of the Shaligram Corporate building. It is situated right behind Dishman House in the Sanand area of Ahmedabad. Sanand has changed a lot lately with all the new businesses moving in, but we have our spot here and it works for us. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have enough room for everyone to have their own space without being too cramped. Being up on the 9th floor means we are away from the street noise, which helps when we need to concentrate on our coding or support work. Shaligram Softech isn't about being flashy. We just have the usual office stuff—desks, chairs, a few whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy stories about us. We’re just a group of tech-minded people who come here every morning to get things done. The commute out to Sanand can be long for some of us, but we’ve gotten into a routine with it. We usually eat lunch together in the office or find something quick nearby. It’s a simple life. We don’t spend time on long, pointless meetings. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it and fix it. That is how we have always operated. It might not be the most "corporate" way to do things, but it feels right to us and it keeps the work moving along steadily.
