Shai Infotech

We are Shai Infotech, located over in the 380 058 area of Ahmadabad. Being an IT shop, you’d think we have wires everywhere, and honestly, you wouldn’t be wrong. Our space is usually a bit cluttered with monitors and old keyboards, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time coding or fixing things that broke on someone’s server. It’s not the most glamorous work, but someone has to do it. The neighborhood is okay, a bit dusty like most of the city, but we like it here. We aren't a giant tech firm with a gym and a cafeteria. We usually just order lunch from the place down the street. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be talking to a client about their website, and the next I’m trying to figure out why the printer won't connect. We don't use much tech jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We’d rather just explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a practical approach that seems to work for the folks we deal with. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen tech change a lot, but the basic need for things to just work remains the same. That’s really what we focus on every day here in Gujarat. Most of the time we're just sitting in front of screens, but we try to keep things friendly.
