Shah Somani &Co. Chartered Accountants is a firm located in Naranpura, Ahmedabad. We operate out of 6-B in the Manek AvenueFlats, which is care of Nishit b. Shah. Our place is right opposite the D.K. patel Hall, which is a well-known spot for weddings and events in this part of town. Because we are in a residential flat, the office has a very different feel than a typical commercial building. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we are still very busy with our daily tasks. We deal with all the standard accounting work, like filing returns and checking through business ledgers. Naranpura is a crowded and lively neighborhood, and there is always something happening near the hall across the street. We’ve set up our desks and filing cabinets in a way that makes the most of the space we have. Most of our day is spent reading through documents and making sure we haven’t missed anything important. We don't have a big sign outside or a polished lobby. It’s just a place where we do our work and meet with people who need help with their taxes. Being in a residential area means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a practical way to run a firm, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just focus on the work on our desks and getting through the files.
