Semester Performance Index

We are over here in Bhavnagar, at Tirthdarshan Flat, room 108. The building is a bit older, but it’s a solid place to work. We call ourselves Semester Performance Index. It sounds a bit formal, but we are just regular people. We focus on tracking how students are doing and where they might be slipping up. It involves a lot of looking at charts and numbers on a screen. Some days the sun hits the window just right and we have to pull the curtains shut to see the monitors. We started this because we saw a lot of kids in Gujarat struggling to keep up with their grades. It wasn't about being the smartest, just about staying on track. We don’t do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are just living nearby or heard about us through word of mouth. The apartment is cozy, maybe a bit too small when we have a few visitors at once. We usually have tea ready if someone drops by. It's a quiet way to make a living. We don’t promise anything magical, just a way to see where things stand with school work. It’s practical and it helps the parents sleep a bit better knowing there’s a plan. Bhavnagar is a nice city to be in, and being at Tirthdarshan feels right for what we do.
