Sarthak Institute

Being in Naranpura is quite nice because it feels like a real neighborhood. We are located in Shreeji Complex, which is right opposite Navrang School. It is a handy spot because the kids just walk over after their school bell rings. Ahmedabad can get so dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables at Sarthak Institute. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We have a few rooms set up with basic furniture. Nothing is brand new, but it is all sturdy. You can hear the sounds of the school across the street during the day, which keeps things lively. We usually start our day by checking the schedule and making sure we have enough chalk or markers. It is a basic routine, but it works for us. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just open the windows and keep going. We know most of the shopkeepers in the complex, so we often chat with them while getting water or picking up a newspaper. It is just a small local institute where we put in the hours. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just provide a place for people to come and learn what they need to learn. Usually, we are wrapping up just as the evening markets start getting busy nearby.
