You’ll find Samarpan Physiotherapy Clinic in Vastral, specifically located below Maruti Vidyalaya. Being right near the Nirant Cross Road means there is a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. The clinic is basically a ground-floor space where we have the treatment tables and some basic exercise equipment. It’s not fancy, just a functional place for people to come when their back hurts or they are recovering from an injury. Since the school is right above us, you can sometimes hear the kids running around or the bell ringing for classes. It makes the place feel alive. People from all over Vastral walk in, mostly older folks or guys who hurt themselves playing sports on the weekend. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the regulars by name. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dirt from the road outside. We spend most of our time showing people how to stretch properly or using the machines to help with their pain. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. The air feels a bit different here compared to the more city-centered areas, a bit more local and grounded. We just open the doors, put on the lights, and start the day as it comes.
