Ranchhod Art

We are Ranchhod Art. You can find us at 79/1 Ramjimandir Line, over by Bhagwati Chowk in the Fadeli Saijpur area. This isn't a gallery or anything like that, it is more of a workspace where we actually make the things. There is usually paint on the floor and brushes soaking in jars all over the place. We have been here for a long time, and the neighborhood knows us well. The Ramjimandir Line is usually quite busy, especially around the festivals, but we just keep to our work inside the shop. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of different projects going on at once. Most of the time it is just the sound of someone working or maybe a radio playing in the background to keep us company. We do all sorts of art pieces, sometimes for homes and sometimes for businesses around town. It is a messy job, but it is what we know how to do. The light in this building is pretty good in the mornings, which helps when we are trying to get the colors right. We have stacks of materials against the walls and half-finished pieces sitting on tables. People often walk past and peek in to see what we are doing today. It is a simple life here in Fadeli Saijpur. We just keep our heads down and try to make things that look decent. It is not fancy, but it is our own space.
