We’re based out of Shrinath Apartments near Vyas Vadi in the Nava Vadaj area of Ahmedabad. Dealing with vegetables is a fast-paced business because nothing stays fresh forever. Our mornings start way before the sun is up, usually around 4 or 5 AM. That’s when the produce comes in and we have to get everything sorted and ready. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking the quality of what the farmers bring us. If the tomatoes are bruised or the greens are wilted, it’s a problem for everyone. Our office at C 36 430 isn’t fancy; it’s mostly used for the billing and keeping track of who gets what. The humidity in Ahmedabad can be tough on the produce, so we have to move fast. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and long-standing relationships with local vendors. It’s a noisy, messy, and busy job, but it’s what we know. We just focus on getting the vegetables from the farms to the city as quickly as we can. It’s a simple cycle that repeats every single day. We don't overthink it. We just make sure the crates are loaded and the orders are filled before the heat of the day really sets in.
