Tukaram Mhadgut

We are located at J.V.L Towers, specifically on the second floor in area B. The address is 117, Nelson Manickam Road, right in the heart of Aminjikarai. Working here means dealing with the heavy traffic of Nelson Manickam Road every single day, which can be a bit of a headache, but it’s a central spot to be in. Our office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to get through the workday. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always moving. We go by the name Tukaram Mhadgut, and we’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. Most of our time is spent at our desks, handling whatever comes our way. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the horns honking outside, but you eventually get used to it. The J.V.L Towers has a lot of other businesses too, so there are always people coming and going in the hallways and the elevator. We keep our door open mostly, and the air conditioning is usually running to beat the Chennai heat. It’s a pretty standard setup—nothing really fancy or over the top. We just focus on getting the work done and heading home when the sun goes down. It is a practical place for us to be, and it keeps us right in the middle of everything happening in Aminjikarai. We just take it day by day.
