Sai Events is based right here in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, specifically in the 380005 area. We don't have one of those big, shiny offices in a corporate park. Instead, we work out of a more modest space where we can actually get our hands dirty planning things. Organizing events in a city like Ahmedabad means you have to be ready for anything, from sudden weather changes to last-minute guest list updates. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different venues across the state. Our home base is just where we store the supplies and do the boring paperwork. It’s often a bit messy with banners, samples, and boxes piled up in corners. We are just regular people who happen to be good at putting pieces together for a function. We don’t use a lot of fancy jargon; we just talk about what needs to happen to make an event work. Sometimes we’re working late into the night, and other times it’s quiet while we wait for the next big project to start. The traffic in Ahmedabad can be a real struggle, so we spend a lot of time navigating through the city. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen all sorts of requests. It’s a practical business, and we just take things one day at a time, making sure everything is where it should be.
