Our shop is at House No-1409/43, located on the first floor in Madhupura. We are right opposite Vinod Chembur, so that is the best way to find us. You have to walk up the stairs to reach the office. It’s a bit of an old building, but it works fine for what we do. Inside, we have some shelves with printer cartridges, motherboards, and some old monitors. The space is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful how we stack the boxes. We spend most of the day fixing PCs or putting together new systems for people. Madhupura is a bustling area, and there is always something going on outside the window. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished website. We just do the work and let the results speak. Often, there are wires running across the floor while we test out a new setup. We drink tea from the stall downstairs a few times a day. It’s just me and a helper most of the time. We try to keep the prices fair because we know most of our customers are locals from the neighborhood. We don't use corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small computer shop on the first floor, trying to keep everyone’s tech running. People come in with broken keyboards or slow laptops and we see what we can do to help them out.
