Our shop is over at Sur Mount, specifically unit twenty. We are right across from the Iscon Mega Mall on the S. G. Highway. It’s a very busy part of the city. You can hear the cars zooming by on the highway all day long. Being opposite the mall means we see a lot of people, but we are just a regular bath fittings business. We have toilets, sinks, and taps all over the place inside. It looks a bit crowded sometimes because we try to keep a lot of variety on the floor. We don’t have those fancy marketing people telling us how to arrange things. We just put them where they fit. My desk is tucked in the corner behind a display of shower heads. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't mind it much anymore. Sometimes people stop in while they are out shopping at the mall just to see what we have. We aren't a corporate office with a lobby; you just walk right into the middle of the products. We spend our time talking to plumbers and homeowners who are trying to fix up their bathrooms. It’s straightforward work. We help them find the right size pipe or a tap that won't leak. That’s about it for our daily routine here on the S. G. Highway. We stay open late because that's when the traffic is busiest.
