We are located at Shop No. 16 in the Heera Panna Complex, which sits right on the busy Relief Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how crowded and lively it can get. Our shop is just one of many in the complex, but we’ve carved out our own little space here for hardware. It’s a small shop, so we have to use every inch of the walls to hang tools and stack boxes of screws and hinges. Relief Road is famous for being packed with shoppers and vehicles, so there’s never a quiet moment. We spend our days helping people find the exact right size of bolt or a specific tool they can’t find anywhere else. It’s a lot of manual work, climbing up ladders to reach the top shelves and digging through bins. We don’t have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly; we mostly rely on knowing where we put things. The lighting isn't the best, and it can get a bit stuffy when the shop is full of people, but we like the energy of the market. We've been at Shop No. 16 for years and have seen many other shops come and go. We just stay focused on the hardware and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a humble business, but it keeps us busy from morning until the shutters go down at night.
