Rutz Events & Media

Rutz Events & Media is based out of Rajkamal Plaza, specifically in 3/G. We are located right in the Income Tax area of Ahmedabad, which stays pretty crowded during the week. Our spot is tucked behind C U Shah College, so we get a lot of the student energy and the general rush from the main road. The team here handles a mix of media projects and event stuff, depending on what's on the schedule for the month. It isn't always smooth sailing, and we definitely have those days where everything feels like it’s happening at once. But we’ve learned to deal with the pressure over the years. We aren't fancy people and our office reflects that—it's more of a workspace where things actually get built or planned out. We spend a lot of time on our computers or chatting with clients who drop by the plaza. Being in the Income Tax area means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which is handy when we need to grab supplies or meet someone quickly. We don't really have a scripted way of doing things. Every project is a bit different, and we just try to keep up with the demands. Some weeks are slower, giving us a chance to tidy up the place, while others are just a blur of activity. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here. We just keep our heads down and work.
