Our hospital is right across from the Hatkeshwar bus stand, tucked inside the Saibaba Complex. It’s a very busy spot with a lot of traffic and people moving around at all hours of the day. Being a heart hospital means we have to deal with some pretty serious medical situations sometimes. But it’s not just about the big emergencies, we also see a lot of regular medical cases that aren't heart-related. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know this specific area of the city very well. It can get a little bit noisy outside because of the buses and the crowd, but once you're inside we just focus on the patients. People come in with chest pains or just for their regular heart checkups to make sure things are okay. We try to keep things as organized as possible but some days there’s just a wait. That’s just how it goes in a hospital sometimes. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or big glowing signs. Most people just notice us when they’re waiting for their bus or walking through Hatkeshwar on their way to work. It’s a practical setup for the community. We have the medical equipment needed for heart issues and the doctors here know their business. It involves a lot of long hours and late nights, but that’s the job we chose to do. We’re just a part of the neighborhood life here. If someone needs their heart looked at or feels sick, they just walk in.
