Saaol Heart Center

Our heart center, Saaol, is located on the 11th floor of Solitaire Corporate. We are right on the SG Highway, near the Divya Bhaskar House. Being up on the 11th floor is nice because we can see all the traffic moving along the highway, which never seems to stop. The center itself is a bit quieter than the busy road outside. We have rooms where we talk to people about their heart health and show them how to eat better or change their habits. It’s not like a regular hospital where everyone is in a rush. We try to keep a bit more of a calm atmosphere here. There are chairs for people to sit and some posters on the walls about different foods. Sometimes the elevator takes a long time to come, so we have to tell people to give themselves a few extra minutes to get up to B/1103. The staff here is mostly focused on helping folks understand their bodies without needing surgery. We spend a lot of time explaining things and answering questions. It’s a clean office with a lot of light coming through the big windows. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small desk where you check in. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a different way to stay healthy, and we just try to give them the right information. It’s a steady job. We just try to be a place where people can feel heard and learn how to live better.
